This is a chance to join a highly regarded property litigation team working on complex and high-value real estate disputes for a broad range of clients across a range of sectors. The team is highly regarded for its technical expertise, pragmatic approach and superb client base. The Role You'll be joining a specialist Property Disputes team based in Birmingham, working closely with colleagues across the wider real estate, construction and litigation practices. Your work will include advising on a broad range of landowners, developers, investors, local authorities and tenants. You'll manage your own caseload with support as required. Additionally you'll work alongside Partners and Principal Associates on high value/ more complex matters. There will also be an opportunity and support to build client relationships and contribute to business development.
