You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects including residential and commercial landscaping, parks, sports, play and domestic gardens. You will need to have experience in hard and soft landscaping and display a wide range of skills in carpentry, paving and horticulture Lead and motivate a team of landscapers to deliver projects on time, safely and to a high standard. Read and understand plans and specifications and meet the client's expectations Communicate with clients and colleagues in a proactive and positive manner Understand and implement your health, safety and environmental responsibilities. Identify training needs and train others effectively. Lead by example. 3+ years of experience in hard and soft landscaping for commercial clients. UK Driving license including trailer essential.
