Oversee billing processes: meterage, AP billing, third-party invoicing, and cancellations. Own forecasting for billing and revenue streams. Monitor and report on performance metrics and variances. Delivery of accurate and timely billing for the Service databases. Monitor the T&M Billing, install tasks, ESOD loads, cancellations. Manage and maintain PAFM database alongside ECC team (Service) Reporting on ECC reconnections monthly and submitting to the Head of Credit & Operations Monitoring of Revenue teams' daily tasks via ServiceNow dashboards Implement and manage action plans for individual teams upskilling. Field queries related to Revenue: Asset lists, contract information, and general enquiries. Relationships Effective relationships with senior managers, and colleagues across multiple functions Manage revenue team in line with company values. Develop effective relationships with customers. Work with finance to help understand and communicate the key drivers of performance. Customers Ensure lofty standards of customer care in billing and contract queries. Function as escalation point for complaints and queries, resolving professionally.
