You will be pivotal in improving the quality of our homes and ensuring they are properly maintained. You will deliver disrepair surveys, technical specifications, and recommendations using your experience to deliver the best value and excellent homes for NHG. How you'll do it You will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and managing works to within legal disrepair cases within our managed properties. Your focus will be undertaking property inspections and producing work specifications, creating purchase orders on different platforms, instructing contractors, agreeing on costs & overseeing repairs until completion.
