Ensure all HR activities are fully compliant with GDPR and data protection requirements, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. Promote consistent application of policies across the business, supporting and guiding managers to apply them effectively. Projects & Continuous Improvement Support wider People initiatives, including engagement surveys (e.g. GPTW), wellbeing programmes, and culture-focused projects. Support the implementation of organisational or structural changes within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and ways of working to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience. General Administration Provide administrative support to the People Team on ad-hoc projects, initiatives, and events.
