Proven experience managing capital investment or improvement projects. Relevant HND/HNC qualification in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Studies or equivalent experience. Experience preparing specifications and obtaining quotes/tenders. Strong knowledge of relevant construction legislation, including CDM, Building Regulations, Party Wall Act and asbestos regulations. SMSTS or equivalent. Strong budget management and understanding of value for money. Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and Microsoft Office.
