About the Role: Key Responsibilities Integration Design & Delivery Design and build enterprise integrations using Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Service Bus and API Management. Deliver API, event-driven, orchestration and batch integrations across core business and SaaS platforms. Define integration standards, data models and resilient design patterns. Lead technical design for complex, multi-system integrations within Cognita's Azure ecosystem. Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, maintainable and operationally resilient. Engineering Standards & Governance Define and maintain integration engineering standards, reusable patterns and deployment approaches. Review designs and code to ensure quality and alignment with architectural principles. Maintain integration documentation, runbooks and service catalogue. Lead technical governance and promote secure-by-design practices. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code deployment processes. Operational Ownership & Support Monitor and support production integrations across a global estate of 100+ schools. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis and act as senior escalation point. Drive improvements across platform performance, reliability, cost and supportability. Manage secure configuration, secrets and access controls across the platform. Team Leadership Lead and develop a geographically distributed team of integration engineers. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. Azure or equivalent cloud certifications desirable. Integration, API, DevOps or cloud engineering certifications beneficial. Experience Proven delivery of enterprise integration solutions across multiple business domains.
