Responsibilities for Assistant Quantity Surveyor Assist in preparing and updating project cost reports Monitor forecast final costs and identify potential cost risks Maintain CVR reports Issue enquiries to subcontractors Assist in commercial negotiations with subcontractors Ensure procurement aligns with project programme and package strategy Assist with interim valuations Support preparation of monthly applications for payments Review contractual obligations Attend commercial and progress meetings Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor 3+ Years experience within Construction commercial position with a Main Contractor Good Communication skills Strong knowledge of contracts with ability to deliver projects Degree qualified in relevant discipline Experience of JCT Form of contract Ability to build strong relationships.
