Either hold or be committed to completing their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management. Have a minimum two years' experience working in social care. Adept in compiling risk assessments, weekly and monthly reports for both the home and the young people & Children. Knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements. Passionate in working with young people who may demonstrate behaviours that challenge. Knowledge of children's home regulations and quality standards. Have experience leading and motivating a staff team. Be flexible and willing to go the extra mile. Demonstrate a calm and safe response when Children and young people are unable to.
