Proven commercial leadership experience working within an ecommerce business, with prior marketplace experience preferable but not required. Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams to achieve business goals. Ability to provide clear direction, foster collaboration, manage performance, and support professional growth. Analytical and able to make sense of data and complexity. Can influence externally and internally to achieve common goals.
