What you'll need to succeed: To be successful in this role, you'll be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience gained in an industry environment. You'll bring a strong technical accounting background, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting.You'll be a proactive, hands-on manager who enjoys owning processes, mentoring others and building effective relationships across the business.
