These are 40+ week contracts with an immediate requirement for a strong, process-driven project lead.You will manage and deliver one of the following A £4m MEP Hotel Project - Warwick A £4m MEP Luxury Assisted Living Development - Worcester A Major Logistics Distribution Centre - Corby This role will be predominantly site-based, with expectations to attend the Tipton head office once a week during the pre-construction phase.
