The team will respond promptly and take effective action to ensure we provide customers and our client with a pro-active, efficient and solution focused service. You will work collaboratively with the client, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues to build and embed resilient and robust relationships to support successful service delivery and customer satisfaction within the London Borough of Hounslow. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Following training generally assess and diagnose damp and mould problems Washing and cleaning affected surfaces within residents homes. Treating damp and mould with specified mould treatments. Carrying our minor repair works. Responsible for accurate completion of tasks using our in-house handheld PDA system. Responsible for a company vehicle. This includes regular vehicle checks on company vans. Provide reports on factors within that are a cause of damp and mould. About you We are looking for someone who puts the customer at the forefront of everything they do. You will be working in a semi-skilled labourer role, delivering damp, mould and remediation works. You will have the ability to complete material and quantity measuring and have knowledge of industry-standard techniques and products for damp and mould remediation. You will be a team player, able to communicate clearly and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. Located in the east Hull area and working 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, this is an excellent opportunity offering an immediate start and the potential for ongoing work, subject to business requirements.
