BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree, or experience at Amazon - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering - Experience in employee and performance management - Experience in distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent mechanical or electrical field - Experience in facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Experience managing teams - Experience in strategic planning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards - Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls , industrial electronics Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
