My client is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support their logistics and storage departments, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service delivery. Day-to-day of the role: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods using warehouse management systems. Prepare and send booking references and delivery instructions to the Project Team. Liaise with the Warehouse Manager to ensure proper handling and documentation of goods. Communicate with internal departments to support logistics planning and job scheduling. Occasionally work on additional bespoke projects to encourage and broaden individual skills and ambitions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail and a level-headed approach to demanding circumstances. Good leadership and communication skills. Experience in the graphics and creative production industry. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office. A quick learner with a positive approach, adaptable to operational software. Flexibility and willingness to provide practical support where necessary.
