This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to multiple commercial sites. Key Responsibilities: PPM's. Reactives. Remedials. AHU's/FCU's. HVAC. Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented. Manage planned and unplanned electrical work. Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purpose. Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times. Ensure all work carried out to standard required by client.
