Working as key member of a busy Residential Conveyancing team Running your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Buy to Let investment properties, transfers of equity, equity release, new build and remortgage transactions. Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third party professionals Use of a legal case management system Who we're looking for: Suitable candidates will have: Around 2 years or more residential conveyancing fee earning experience Excellent client care skills A sound understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish What's on offer: This is a full-time permanent job, working 36 hours per week Monday to Friday.
