Despatch Operative with Counterbalance Forklift Taskmaster Resources Ltd are currently recruiting for a Despatch Operative with Counterbalance Forklift on behalf of our well-established client based in (Lincoln LN4) This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a dedicated team. Hours: B shift Days (Thurs to Sat, alternative Wed 6am to 6pm) Pay rate: £14.61 days Skills & Experience: Despatch/Warehouse experience. Counterbalance Licence and PPT experience Handheld scanner experience Good level of written and spoken English. Microsoft IT Skills, excel, emails. Ability to pick stock - separating and counting trays against an order. Ability to carry out manual handling - up to 27kg. Experience in FMCG Strong Communications Skills. Main Responsibilities: Be a pivotal member of the despatch team and ensure that you are supporting each other to deliver the department targets for the day. Picking and loading orders against customer orders. Ensuring all loads are secure and ready to move prior to shunters/drivers taking loads from the bay. Use scanners to be able to record stock picked for orders. Completion and production of all despatch paperwork needed for each load. Ensuring this is 100% accurate. Any issues escalate to despatch team leader. Support or other departments and business units with movement of stock, and packaging. FLT support also. Ensure all Health & Safety rules are adhered to and actively report issues to protect the business, yourself and your colleagues.
