Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal Location: Bury Salary: £28,000 - £55,000 DOE Full Time Office Based An established and well regarded law firm based in Bury is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal to join their growing property team. This role would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years experience within residential conveyancing who is confident managing files with supervision and supporting on a busy caseload from instruction through to completion. The Role You will be supporting the conveyancing team on a broad range of residential property matters including: Sales and purchases Freehold and leasehold transactions Remortgages Transfers of equity New build matters Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors Preparing legal documents and progressing files efficiently This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and close knit team where you will have genuine progression opportunities and exposure to high quality work. Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third party professionals Use of a legal case management system Who we're looking for: Suitable candidates will have: Around 2 years or more residential conveyancing fee earning experience Excellent client care skills A sound understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish What's on offer: This is a full-time permanent job, working 36 hours per week Monday to Friday.
