This is a high-impact role where you'll support the existing SAP APO landscape while leading the design and rollout of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across the business. The role entails: Acting as the functional owner for demand, supply and production planning solutions Leading the transition from SAP APO to SAP IBP Designing, configuring and optimising IBP solutions (Demand, Supply & Response, S&OP) Redesigning Legacy planning processes into scalable, standardised, future-ready solutions Working closely with internal departments, IT and external partners Ensuring strong integration between planning solutions and SAP S/4HANA Supporting live planning environments while driving continuous improvement Hands-on experience with CIF, planning master data, and planning area design. Working knowledge of SAP BW or Embedded analytics to support planning data and KPIs. You must be able to demonstrate the following: 6+ years' hands-on SAP APO experience (DP, SNP or equivalent) Practical experience with SAP IBP (Demand and Supply), ideally in implementation Strong supply chain planning knowledge (forecasting, MRP, BOM planning) Experience integrating with SAP ECC or S/4HANA Confident communicator able to influence business process change Proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong ownership A background working in complex, multi-plant or multi-site manufacturing environments, ideally FMCG is preferred.
