What you'll be doing Own and deliver an ongoing repairs and maintenance service to all our housing stock and communal areas that we manage along with all Delta s partnership working agreements. Provide effective line management and development of a multi-skilled, flexible operational service delivery team, creating a culture which focuses on customer excellence, value based managed and delivering constantly improving, integrated services. Ensure that all works are compliant with statutory requirements, regulations, industry standards and Delta s Health and Safety framework, working closely with Building Safety and Corporate Health and Safety to always ensure compliance. Monitor budgets, ensuring jobs are correctly raised and allocated to the correct cost centres, budget codes, and contract within the housing management system (OPEN), capitalisation is correct, all historic works are being managed and systems updated. Ensure that all the system administration relating to service delivery, including all NICEIC forms of certification, is accurate, up to date, accessible and comprehensive in line with legislation and regulations.
