Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations Oversee the Domiciliary Care team, ensuring support, CQC compliance, and best practice standards. Ensure all services operate within budgetary constraints while achieving key performance targets Registered Manager Benefits: Yearly pay reviews NEST pension scheme Free parking Free DBS Excellent welfare support Registered Manager Requirements: Must have 2 years of experience working in a supervisory role in children's care.
