Key Responsibilities: Act as clinical signatory on Clinical Safety Case Reports (CSCR) Conduct risk identification and assessments across the product lifecycle Define Safety Assurance Levels (SAL) and support hazard workshops Advise on safe clinical design and lead incident reviews Essential Experience: 5+ years as a Clinical Safety Officer Strong NHS / healthcare delivery background Proven experience with DCB 0129 & 0160 compliance Comfortable operating in agile, client-facing environments Excellent communication and documentation skills
