This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students aged 16+ who require additional support to access their studies. Role Overview: As an LSA, you will work closely with students who have a range of support needs, including learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and physical or sensory impairments. Your role will involve: Providing 1:1 and small group support in classroom settings Promoting independence and confidence in learners Supporting students with both academic tasks and personal development Working collaboratively with teaching staff and the SEND team We're looking for candidates who: Have experience in a similar role within education (school, college or alternative provision) Are patient, reliable, and adaptable Have a genuine passion for supporting learners with additional needs Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or are willing to apply for one) Have relevant qualifications in support work, education, or childcare (desirable but not essential) Hours Available: 18 hours per week 25 hours per week 30 hours per week (Typically Monday to Friday, term time only) Why Register with Us?
