The main point of contact between the outsourced provider and the staff. Maintain HR systems, documentation, and reporting Track, analyze trends, report to management, OT, Sickness, Retention rates. Coordinate training, appraisals, and internal communications Support leadership with HR data and operational insights To Be Considered: 5-10 years of experience in HR role with good understanding of UK employment law & HR best practice.
