The role offers a balanced caseload, early responsibility and close working relationships with experienced Partners and colleagues.There is real scope to develop your technical expertise and build lasting client relationships. You will also have the opportunity to play a key role in delivering training as part of the department's involvement in the firm's wider training offering. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified Solicitor with around 3-5 years' PQE in employment law and a strong understanding of employment practices and procedures. You will demonstrate a high level of client care, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to advising clients.You should be comfortable managing your own caseload while working collaboratively as part of a close-knit and supportive team. An awareness of client, departmental and firm-wide processes is important, alongside a commitment to keeping up to date with developments in employment law through ongoing technical and management training.The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially minded and keen to contribute positively to a well-established and high-performing department.
