MFL Teacher Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and skilled MFL Teacher to join a high-achieving and supportive secondary school in the beautiful market town of Cirencester, nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inclusive MFL lessons across Key Stages Teach one or more of the following languages up to GCSE level: French Spanish German Plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum aligned with national standards Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning through strong classroom management skills Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Contribute to the development of a dynamic and ambitious MFL department Promote a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment Ideal Candidate Holds QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification Strong subject knowledge in one or more modern foreign languages Experience teaching MFL up to GCSE level Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies Passionate about language learning and cultural awareness Skilled at engaging learners of all abilities Committed to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing Why Work with Monarch Education?
