Producer - Film & Animation Team (12-Month FTC) Salary: Flexible dept on exp Location: Nottinghamshire and on Location We are seeking an experienced Producer to join a growing in-house Film & Animation team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and commercially aware Producer with experience delivering TV advertising, radio advertising, live-action content, branded content and animation projects within a fast-paced creative production environment. Working across studio and on-location productions, you will collaborate closely with directors, camera operators, editors, animators and creative teams to deliver high-quality above-the-line advertising campaigns and broadcast content for major UK brands. The successful candidate will oversee the full production lifecycle from concept development and client pitching through to post-production and final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered creatively, efficiently, on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end production across TV commercials, animation projects, branded content and advertising campaigns Act as the primary client contact throughout the production process Develop and manage production schedules, timelines, budgets and resource planning Coordinate creative, technical and production teams across multiple concurrent projects Work collaboratively with directors, editors, animators, camera operators and external crew Lead productions across both studio-based and on-location filming environments Run regular production meetings, slate meetings and workflow reviews Troubleshoot production issues and manage changing project requirements effectively Ensure productions comply with broadcast regulations, health & safety standards, advertising codes and industry best practice Manage Clearcast submissions, approvals and wider advertising clearance processes Creatively oversee productions to ensure exceptional output quality and client satisfaction Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within budget and to broadcast standard Collaborate closely with fellow Producers and support wider team workloads when required Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience working within a production company, creative agency, advertising agency or in-house creative production team Strong background in film production, TV advertising production or broadcast content production Experience managing multiple live-action and/or animation projects simultaneously Excellent organisational, scheduling and communication skills Strong budgeting, production planning and resource management experience Essential experience managing Clearcast submissions and advertising clearance processes Confident overseeing productions on location and within studio environments Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment Intrested? Role: Freelance Camera Operator / Editor Location: Nottingham and Location Salary: Day rate dependent on experience We are looking for an experienced Freelance Camera Operator / Editor who can take a production from shoot to delivery. You will be equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit suite, working across a varied portfolio of commercial video content for major national and international brands. Based in the East Midlands, this is an ongoing freelance opportunity with regular project availability at a well-equipped studio facility, plus location work across the UK and occasionally overseas. Essential Skills & Experience Professional film production experience Proven ability to set up and operate a range of professional camera systems Strong knowledge of codecs, formats and resolutions, including exporting for multiple delivery requirements Confident recording sound on location using radio and boom microphones Solid understanding of lighting set-ups Fast and proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro CC Ability to work with production teams on pre-production - shot lists, schedules and creative planning Organised approach to kit management and maintenance Comfortable managing last-minute client changes calmly and efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - regular client-facing location work Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Interested? please send your CV to TurnerFox Recruitment or call for more information
