Manage cost control, forecasting, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts. Engage with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships. Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and financial obligations. Support project teams in identifying risks and opportunities to drive value. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the water or civil engineering sector. Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, ideally within NEC contracts. Experience working on frameworks or long-term utility/civils contracts. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Full UK driving licence.
