Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Provide and demonstrate a positive HSE leadership throughout the whole construction life cycle of their allocated area supporting a positive Nuclear Safety Culture. Lead, manage and motivate their Electrical Discipline Team through implementation of Best Practice. Be responsible for safe working practises within your given work area, including adherence to CDM regulation requirements. Liaison with other MEH Alliance departments for Design, Procurement, Project Management, Preconstruction and support functions along with the HPC stakeholders on construction matters. Ensure compliance with Site Licence Conditions and quality assurance requirements, supporting provision of as built surveys and Lifetime Records. Ensuring provision of mature and approved plans for site construction delivery. Representation of electrical construction discipline at client site operations interface level. Contribution to budgetary and schedule delivery for your responsible area. Investigation of non-conformances and fostering a learning organisational approach. Strong focus on team performance, training, mentoring and integration with client and joint venture teams. Use of core engineering skills to assess practicalities and risks associated with Construction activities. What we're looking for : Relevant Professional Accreditation (PM, Construction, Electrical Engineering) and extensive experience installing electrical systems. Experienced in delivering and operating at a Leadership Level, preferably with experience working within Joint Ventures or alliance arrangements. Proven track record in large scale projects in the nuclear or similar regulated sectors, including leading major EPC projects with Profit and Loss responsibility.
