This is a highly manual role involving assembly, hand work, material handling and quality checking within a manufacturing environment. The machinery used within the role is straightforward, with limited machine operation required, so the position would suit someone who is confident with repetitive manual work, has good attention to detail and can work accurately to instructions. Key Responsibilities • Carrying out manual assembly of filter components and associated products • Completing hands-on production and finishing tasks to required specifications • Preparing, handling and measuring raw materials for production • Operating simple production equipment where required • Following work instructions for processes such as cutting, rolling, socking, welding, printing, potting and packaging • Carrying out quality control checks during and after production • Ensuring process accuracy and maintaining high standards of workmanship • Completing production documentation, batch records and inspection logs accurately About You • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, process work or manual handling • A reliable and consistent work history • A positive attitude and strong work ethic • The ability to follow work instructions and complete documentation correctly • A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves standing for long periods and manual work • A team-focused approach while also being comfortable working alone when required • Good timekeeping and attendance

This includes executing production requirements while meeting safety, housekeeping, quality, and output targets. Operators are expected to work independently within a collaborative team environment and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Shift Hours : Monday to Friday 05:30 - 14:00 / 13:30 - 22:00 (rotating) Note: Due to the site's location and alternating shift times, please ensure you can access the site. Duties Include : Ensure mixing equipment is running smoothly, within validated parameters, and in compliance with SOPs. Ensure mixing processes are carried out and documented within a high level of compliance, including but not limited to order of addition, mixing times, and other designated set points.
