SC Cleared Platform Engineer Initial 6-month Contract Role £550 - £600, Inside IR35 ECS Resource group are currently working with a World's Leading Technology Organisation who are looking for a Platform Engineer where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software infrastructure. As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for: Contribute across the platform life cycle, from requirements to development, testing, and documentation. Maintain and improve core development tools, infrastructure, and automation systems. Support teams with tooling, workflows, and best practices. Use cloud, microservices, and DevOps to build a scalable, reliable platform. Troubleshoot issues to ensure system performance and stability. Collaborate with a cross-functional team, bringing adaptability and a learning mindset. Please note, the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered: Active SC Clearance (essential) Proven experience working as a Platform Engineer/SRE Proven experience with programming/Scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript etc. Proven experience with Cloud platforms, containers, microservices, DevOps and IaC Proven experience with Automation, monitoring and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices Further Information Available upon Application.
