An automotive component manufacturer based in Witham are looking for a workshop operative to become a Trainee Carbon Trimmer and become a key part of their growing team on their night shift. We are looking for someone who has experience in either carpentry , engineering or manufacturing using hand and power tools. The hourly rate for this role is up to 15.25ph including shift allowance (20%) working 4.30pm to 2.30am, Monday to Thursday. For this first couple of months you will be asked to work on days, 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday to train. This will be at 12.71ph.
