DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: Working Monday to Friday, (Apply online only), this an office based role in North Birmingham (Fridays from home) Taking enquiries over the phone and also via e-mail regarding business travel arrangements Working on a key accounts, largely sporting bodies and dealing with some events Booking a wide variety of business travel requirements including flights, hotel, car hire, rail, transfers etc Utilising CRS Sabre to make reservations Offering excellent customer service, building a rapport with the clients Executing duties according to the service level agreements for each client EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The successful candidate will ideally be GDS Sabre trained, (or they can cross-train from Galileo or Amadeus),with experience from a corporate travel or sports tours environment. You will be passionate about offering excellent service and going the extra mile. THE PACKAGE: Starting salary is circa 30k dependent on experience. You will be working in a fun environment, with opportunity to travel, regular external training and the opportunity to develop within a fast-moving team.
