Job Title: Catering Assistant Location: Tonypandy Pay Rate: 12.70 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 5:00 pm (30 hours per week) Contract: Temporary, 3-4 months The Role Manpower is recruiting a Catering Assistant on behalf of our public sector client's busy catering team. This is a varied role where you will work across different areas of the catering service, including the kitchen, coffee shop, restaurant/canteen and wards. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages Providing excellent customer service in the coffee shop and canteen areas Delivering meals to wards and ensuring dietary requirements are met Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all catering areas Following food safety procedures and health & safety guidelines Requirements: Valid Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate. Previous catering or hospitality experience is essential Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively Flexible and adaptable to work across different catering functions Additional Information: Job offers are subject to a satisfactory Standard DBS check and references.
