We have a role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with the City of London office of a leading Southern Ireland-headquartered main contractor on a luxury care home with a build value of £35m. A site-based role on the scheme in Highgate, the project is a further award from a niche developer which has become repeat client and promises a pipeline of similar high end retirement facilities in prestigious locations throughout the capital. The Opportunity Cradle to grave responsibility for the agreeing of trade accounts and optimizing of client payments on prestigious, high profile central London developments. A pipeline of profitable contracts in the £30m to £100 value range enabling forward career progression opportunities Candidate Essentials BSc QS or BSc Construction Management qualified. 10+ years' experience with a main contractor or self-build developer. A track record of successful commercial management on building major projects in London. With interviews available from w/c Monday 6th October, salary is a highly competitive £90k to £110k + package.
