Find amazing educators - Teachers, Cover Supervisors, and Teaching Assistants - using our internal database, external CV platforms, social media, and eye-catching job ads you'll create and post across multiple job boards. Own the full candidate journey from first hello to interview, registration, compliance and beyond, working closely with your Consultants to match candidates to their perfect roles in local schools. Salary: £24,000 £27,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week (8:30am 5:30pm) Location: 2 days in office 3 days remote Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for education and people? We re looking for a motivated Education Resourcer to join our busy team and support a high-performing consultant in sourcing top education professionals for schools across the region. About the Role As an Education Resourcer, you ll work 1:1 with a busy consultant , playing a vital role in identifying and connecting with talented education practitioners including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff as new roles come in. Your day-to-day will include: Sourcing and screening candidates for live education vacancies Building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining regular contact Managing job adverts and database updates Supporting the consultant with shortlisting, compliance, and interview coordination What We re Looking For Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail Confidence using online recruitment tools and databases Experience in recruitment or education is an advantage, but not essential What We Offer Competitive salary (£24,000 £27,000 DOE) Hybrid working: 2 days in office, 3 days from home Full training and ongoing development Supportive, collaborative team culture Please apply direct or email your CV to our emails found on Linked In.
