Design Excellence : Deliver Technical Design to RIBA Stage 4, updating and refining existing designs to meet evolving client needs. ICT Systems Design : Produce detailed designs and specifications for: Structured cabling (backbone & horizontal) WiFi systems DCIM Access Control (ACS), Intrusion Detection (IDS), and Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) Cabinet and containment layouts, coordinated with engineering teams Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with clients and project teams to ensure designs align with requirements and expectations. Technical Documentation : Generate 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D BIM models in collaboration with internal Revit teams. Tender Support : Develop comprehensive technical specifications and tender documentation for ICT systems and equipment. Systems Integration : Support coordination with Pearl/STACK for seamless IT operations and security systems integration.
