What You'll Do We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Engineer to drive delivery across complex banking and risk technology projects within a regulated Financial Services environment. You'll bring strong engineering expertise, a proven track record in building scalable enterprise solutions, and experience working within regulated banking settings. Comfortable collaborating with architecture, data, QA, and business teams, you'll play a key role in a wider transformation programme. Develop scalable Python-based enterprise applications and services. Build APIs, automation tools, and integration solutions. Contribute to risk and banking technology platform development. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure production-quality outputs. Support CI/CD processes, automation, and deployments. Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and participate in technical workshops and stakeholder discussions. What You Bring Strong Python engineering background in Banking or Financial Services. Expertise in building enterprise-grade applications and services. Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Agile delivery experience. Proficient debugging, optimisation, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tooling. Desirable Experience Experience with exposure to risk technology or counterparty risk platforms, along with hands-on experience in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
