Experience / Qualifications: - Successful track record managing and developing client accounts within the Water Treatment sector - Strong working knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines - Excellent interpersonal skills - Proactive attitude - Professional manner - Good literacy and numeracy skills - Proficient in using IT software to complete reports The Role: - Overseeing the growth of the Water Treatment client portfolio in the region - Identifying new client leads and areas for business growth - Contacting prospective clients to discuss requirements and sell water treatment, water hygiene and legionella compliance services - Establishing new contracts and overseeing renewals - Ensuring service levels are exemplary in order to retain business contracts - Producing competitive and thorough tenders and presenting directly to clients - Upselling of services to existing clients - Fostering strong relationships with new and existing clients - Attending site meetings to gauge client requirements - Reporting to members of management and directors to assess performance - Working to agreed personal targets Future Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry; we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.
