The Woodland Trust is looking for a Principal Property Solicitor to lead the Trust property legal matters taking responsibility for a variety of cases. Principal Estates Surveyor - Exeter / South West - up to £75k Industry - Highways To provide strategic property advice across the clients operational and managed estate, supervising estates inputs into projects to make sure the organisation complies with government property legislation and has an estate of the right size, condition and location. Provide expert advice on property acquisitions and disposals and on Landlord/Tenant issues in relation to the implementation of property solutions for the organisation. 2. Manage the activities of the company's property supply chain (professional real estate advisors, agents and solicitors). 3. Provide strategic guidance and support and manage resources, planning, forecasting and conflicting priorities to ensure a positive outcome and VFM on all property transactions. The estate is complex, spanning a huge variety of property types, from depots, outstations and control centres through to farmland and houses. Our division is responsible for all manner of property matters for this estate, ranging from acquiring sites and buildings for our occupation all the way through to the disposal of surplus land. Qualified Chartered Surveyor with relevant experience (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
