5 Axis Laser Setter / Operator Salary: £14.50 per hour Location: Coventry area Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am Recruitable Staffing are proud to be recruiting for a 5 Axis Laser Setter / Operator on behalf of a manufacturing business based in the Coventry area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in machine setting and operation. The successful candidate will play an important role in producing high-quality components in line with production schedules, customer specifications, and quality standards. The role will involve setting and operating 5-axis laser cutting machinery, reading and working from engineering drawings, and ensuring parts are manufactured accurately and efficiently. This position would suit someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has a strong eye for detail, and is confident working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Set and operate 5-axis laser cutting machinery Manufacture components in line with production schedules Read and interpret engineering drawings to support accurate setup and production Monitor machine performance and adjust settings where required Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and workmanship Support with additional tasks as required by the business Requirements Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment Experience setting machinery to meet drawing tolerances and customer specifications Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow standard operating procedures Able to work to deadlines and production schedules Previous experience operating or setting 5-axis laser machinery Desirable Experience of Prima Power control systems What's on Offer £14.50 per hour Full-time, permanent opportunity Early finish on Fridays If you have the relevant experience and are looking for your next opportunity within manufacturing, Recruitable Staffing would love to hear from you .
