We can offer a variety of works including established frameworks and core contracts with prestigious housing clients within the public, and residential sector as well as our property services covering defence, commercial and education sectors too. Specifically, you will: Measure and prepare cost estimates for contracts and tenders, highlighting any commercial risks and mitigation for these. Prepare cost value reconciliations for contracts, identifying commercial risks and opportunities to ensure correct contract planning from the outset. Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure productivity labour targets are agreed and issued before contract start, including direct labour incentives where possible. Build strong client, supplier, and subcontractor relations, to ensure any variations and progress of contracts are discussed and mutual, commercially viable solutions are sought, always.
