Senior / Principal Acoustics Consultant Northern UK (Remote Hybrid Manchester/Leeds) Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Zest4Talent is partnering with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary acoustics consultancy with a strong UK and international presence. We're looking for a Senior or Principal Acoustics Consultant to play a key role in expanding their footprint across the North. The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to join at a key stage of growth, with real autonomy to help build a Northern presence backed by an established consultancy. Initially fully remote, this role will transition into a hybrid position once the Manchester/Leeds office is launched. What You'll Be Doing Leading and delivering acoustics, noise and vibration projects Carrying out site visits across the Midlands, North West and Scotland Supporting the development of a new Northern office Building strong client relationships Acting as a trusted technical advisor Supporting team growth and mentoring What We're Looking For Strong experience in acoustics consultancy (noise & vibration) Confident, client-facing and hands on Experience in leadership or ambition to step into management Commercial awareness and strong communication skills Salary & Benefits Up to £60,000 salary Monthly bonus scheme 8% employer pension contribution Fully funded professional memberships Company debit card for expenses (no out-of-pocket costs) Cycle to Work scheme & Employee Assistance Programme Fully expensed travel to meetings and London office Location & Flexibility Remote initially (North West / Northern UK candidates ideal) Moving to hybrid once the Manchester office is established Occasional travel to London
