Demonstrate full competency in all aspects of risk assessment, including those related to behaviour, activities, and health and safety. Working Hours: This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position. A flexible approach is essential, as the role requires providing on-call support and covering additional hours according to the needs of the business. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure the service is fully compliant with RISCA regulations and the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) framework. Maintain accurate, high-quality records and reports, ensuring they are completed on time and adhere to legal requirements for confidentiality and data protection. Continuously monitor practice within the home to ensure agreed care plans are being followed and standards are consistently met.
