About the Role: You will be working one-to-one with a child who has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), supporting their transition into EYFS and helping them access learning and development opportunities tailored to their needs. What We're Looking For: Proven experience supporting children with additional needs. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development. Familiarity with Read, Write, Inc. phonics (desirable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting young learners.
