Main duties of the Storeman/Stores Person role Manage goods inwards and dispatch operations Monitor stock movements and inventory levels Complete routine stock counts and stock takes. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of materials, point of sale & equipment to meet business operations and customer demand. Key Responsibilities: Take delivery of goods and supplies Check for damaged or missing items Store goods appropriately Pick and pack orders for dispatch Move stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck Load goods for dispatch Liaising with 3rd party vendors to follow up on late or incomplete deliveries. Maintaining agreed levels of stock of ancillary equipment including spectrophotometry equipment holders, colourant crates, lid presses.
