Liaise with Project Managers and Field Operations management to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification. Carry out site surveys and technical assessments. Ensure all works are completed in line with: Health & Safety legislation, Company procedures, Site RAMS, Industry standards and best practices. Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism on all sites. Carry out reactive and planned plant room maintenance activities where required. Communicate effectively with clients, residents, contractors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, delays, and technical issues. Manage van stock, tools, equipment, and materials responsibly. Skills & Attributes NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating or Mechanical Engineering desirable.
