Key Responsibilities • Running the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager• Deliver excellent customer service that goes beyond expectations• Support the Store Manager to boost employee engagement and meet store KPIs• Monitor product quality and manage stock rotation consistently• Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits• Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained Skills & Experience • Experience managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments• Skilled in time management and cost control• Motivated to achieve and exceed targets consistently• Strong customer service and compliance skills• Previous Store Management experience is a plus but not essential Our Benefits • An additional premium of £4 per hour whilst running the store• A flexible working contract between 25-35 hours a week• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays• 26 weeks full pay following 1 year service for Maternity and Main Adopter Leave• Comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities throughout your Aldi career• Lifestyle benefits including discounted gym memberships, cinema tickets, and holiday deals

Store Assistant Location: Shore Road Retail Park Shift times: Monday - Friday 4 week assignment Manpower is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our National Client based in Belfast for a Store Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis with an immediate start! Please note: You will also be required to have a driving licence as you may need to drive the company van. Requirements of the role: General Store Assistant Duties Retail - Clerical and Stock Control Duties Good customer service skills are essential. Candidates will also ideally have retail experience. DIY experience/knowledge would be preferred but not essential. Candidates need to have a flexible attitude, duties include serving customers, cash handling, computerised till operation, uploading and stocking displays.
