You will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly and installation of structural steelwork and ship components, contributing to the construction of complex defence vessels. Fit and align large sections and plate work to tight tolerances (often within 2mm). Use measuring equipment (verniers, levels, laser alignment tools) to check accuracy.
